We as therapists ourselves have experienced stress, anxiety, uncertainty and fear before going in for your sessions. You maybe recollecting memories of past experiences with teachers, school counsellors or even that aunt down the lane who gives you free advice, but therapy is far from that and SURPRISE! We do not give you advice. We understand that it's too much for us to ask you to trust us right off the bat, so overtime and as and when you see fit, you can address the aspects of your life you wish to and your therapists are trained to support you throughout this emotional rollercoaster of a ride.

We do not deal with medical or psychological emergencies. We are not designed to offer support in crisis situations - including when an individual is experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide or is showing symptoms of severe clinical disorders. In these cases we would urge you to seek help at the nearest hospital or go through the highlights of our resource page. You can also reach out to a suicide hotline in your country of residence: http://www.suicide.org/international-suicide-hotlines.html
